OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2009. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by VolgaTelecom OJSC to pay interest on the 13th coupon of the company’s Series VT-4 bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank. 

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 12% per annum, or 29 rubles 92 kopecks per bond. The total amount of the coupon interest paid after the issuer withheld individual tax and tax on foreign organizations ran up to 28,525,245 rubles 28 kopecks.

VolgaTelecom OJSC floated its seven-year Series VT-4 bonds on September 12, 2006, to raise 3 billion rubles.
