OREANDA-NEWS. December 18, 2009. By Decision #191 from 16 December 2009 the Cabinet Ministers has endorsed the Action Plan on Spending of European Commission’s Grant of 13 Million Euro within Energy Reform Support Project.

The Project relates to National Action Plan on European Neighborhood Program (ENP).

The Cabinet says that with taking into account the proposals of the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan the Cabinet made a decision to to approve the Action Plan.

For the purpose of fulfillment of measures within the Energy Reform Support Project, the European Commission will transfer the grant finances to State Budget of Azerbaijan by relevant tranches.

Both local and foreign specialists can be drawn for implementation of the Plan.
