VolgaTelecom Implements Strategy to Roll Out Cellular Business
OREANDA-NEWS. December 18, 2009. Ulyanovsk-GSM (a 100% subsidiary of VolgaTelecom) was folded into Nizhny Novgorod Cellular Communication on December 1, 2009.
