OREANDA-NEWS. December 18, 2009. Sviaz-Bank has been declared winner of a public auction for the right to enter into an agreement on a non-revolving credit line of 1.5 billion rubles to be opened to Dalsviaz OJSC, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The loan funds can be drawn down for 36 months.

The Bank of Moscow, OJSC, was another bidder in the auction.
