OREANDA-NEWS. December 18, 2009. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent for the Southern Telecommunications Company, OJSC, which authorized it to pay interest on the fifth coupon of the company’s Series 05 bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The holders of Series 05 bonds were paid coupon interest at a rate of 7.55% per annum, or 37 rubles 65 kopecks per bond. A total of 75,300,000 rubles was paid to them.

The Southern Telecommunications Company, OJSC, floated its five-year Series 05 bonds on June 6, 2007, to raise 2 billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank acted as the managing underwriter of the issue.
