OREANDA-NEWS. December 17, 2009. An extraordinary shareholders' meeting of MEGABANK,PJSC was held, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

The bank's shareholders have introduced changes in the membership of the company's Supervisory Board. Alexander Saveliev from EBRD and Lars Oermann from KfW Entwicklungsbank have become new members of the Supervisory Board.

Besides, the new version of the Charter and provisions of the joint stock company were approved at the meeting.
