OREANDA-NEWS. December 16, 2009. The Board of Directors of Interstate Bank appointed FBK as auditor to audit Interstate Bank according to the results of its activity in 2009 and approve financial statements of the bank for the year 2009 under international and Russian standards, reported the press-centre of FBK.

Interstate Bank is an international financial institution established in 1993 by ten CIS countries (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tadzhikistan, Turkmenia, Uzbekistan and Ukraine).

Bank specializes in servicing settlements between CIS countries in national currencies. Foreign trade entities and commercial banks, operating in the territory of CIS, are its clients.
