Being one of the leaders of agriprocessing sector, PAVA puts forward strict requirements to physico-chemical parameters of grain. PAVA supplies flour to producers of bakery, confectionery and semi-finished goods, and focuses on maintaining steady product quality.

In Kazakhstan, the Altay company purchases wheat of third grade with gluten content of 28-30% and deformation index 80 to 90 units; minimal grain vitreousness 50%, and besatz figure under 1%.
