OREANDA-NEWS. December 15, 2009. In November, both external assets and external liabilities of the Bank of Lithuania decreased respectively by LTL 1.3 billion and LTL 388.0 million amounting to LTL 18.1 billion and LTL 146.3 million at the end of the month, reported the press-centre of Bank of Lithuania.
