OREANDA-NEWS. December 14, 2009. Yury Novozhilov has officially assumed his duties as head of the bank. On October 15th 2009 Yury Novozhilov was approved by JSC TransCreditBank’s Board of Directors, which made a decision to apply to the Moscow Main Territorial Department of the Bank of Russia for approval of his candidacy with a subsequent appointment. Yury V. Novozhilov was born in 1974. In 1996 he graduated from St. Petersburg State University, specializing in theoretical economics. Starting from 2003 he worked as Head of Treasury of ZAO Ilim Pulp Enterprise. In 2004 he was appointed First Deputy Head of Corporate Finance Department at JSC Russian Railways. Mr. Novozhilov is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of KIT Finance Investment Bank (JSC), KIT Finance Non-State Pension Fund, KIT Finance Insurance (JSC), member of the Board of Directors of JSC TransCreditBank and JSC TransContainer.
