Thus, both subsidiaries of VolgaTelecom abode by the decision of VolgaTelecom’s Board of directors of September 17, 2009 of the subsidiaries reorganization. The appropriate entry was made in Uniform State Register of Legal Entities on December 01, 2009.Within the framework of takeover procedure ZAO NCC authorized capital will be increased by the amount of issued and placed additional ordinary registered uncertified shares to the number of 22 471 shares.Currently ZAO NCC is registering its Ulyanovsk branch in the Inspectorate of Federal Internal Revenue Service.As a result Ulyanovsk oblast has become the seventh region of the Volga Federal District where ZAO NCC provides mobile communications services.
