Exposition “Made in Moldova” Changes Style
OREANDA-NEWS. December 14, 2009. This was discussed during the working meeting of the Organizing Committee for preparation and hosting IX National Exhibition "Made in Moldova", held by the vice-premier, the Minister of Economy Valeriu Lazar.
The members of Organizing Committee of exposition to be held in Chisinau on January 27-30, 2010, decided that during the forum more roundtables, special classes for business relating to regulations of the program of stabilization and economic recovery of the Republic of Moldova for 2009-2011 should be held. Valeriu Lazar has supported further hosting two traditional competitions - "Trademark" and "Quality mark".
The contest the "Best Taxpayer" will be excluded from the program, as the winner is determined on the basis of compliance with current legislation and not for special business achievements. So far, due to financial and economic crisis, only 50 enterprises have confirmed their participation in exposition, whereas the previous years it was attended by about 400 economic agents. Companies will exhibit their products in three pavilions of IEH Moldexpo at the area of 3 thousand square meters.
Since 2006, the national exhibition "Made in Moldova" is held under the aegis of the Government of Moldova and plays an important role in formation and development of the real sector of the national economy. Traditionally, the exposition is attended by delegations from Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Turkey and other countries.
