OREANDA-NEWS. December 11, 2009. Baku is likely to host a forum on information & communications technologies between Azerbaijan and Belarus.

Nikolay Patskevich, the Byelorussian ambassador to Azerbaijan, says today that the two countries have organized good partnership in the area of information technologies.

“The Byelorussian University of Computer Science & Electronics and the Ministry of Communications & Information Technologies of Azerbaijan reached grave arrangements on co-operation. This collaboration will have bilateral benefits and dividends in the future,” Patskevich said.

“Besides, earlier next February Baku is to host ICT Forum of the Azerbaijan’s MCIT and Byelorussian high technologies,” Patskevich said.

So far only Israel has organized a bilateral forum of such profile with Azerbaijan.
