OREANDA-NEWS. December 11, 2009. According to the Ministry of Finance, within 10 months of this year, payments on the basic debt have amounted to US48,1 million (110,4% of the approved budgeted amount), and payments of the interests-to US 16.8 million (92,4% of the planned level).

In general, according to the previously approved amendments to the budget-2009, Moldova has distributed about US 71 million for servicing the external state debt.

As it was informed before, in 2008, Moldova directed US 53.9 million for servicing the external state debt, including US 38.7 million- the basic debt and US 15.2 million-on repaying interests.
