OREANDA-NEWS. December 11, 2009. "Unibank" presents a new program of mortgage loans in the framework of which credits with improved conditions will be granted for purchasing apartments in newly-built houses in Yerevan, reported the press-centre of Unibank.

The minimum advance payment is 30%, the annual interest rate is 14%, the term is 15 years and the maximum sum of the credit is 200000 dollars. The credits are granted in dollars. There are no penalties in case of repayment earlier than the term is.

At the end of the third quarter of the current year the "Unibank" portfolio of mortgage crediting has exceeded 12.7 milliard drams. By this index the bank is in the third place in the banking system of the RA.
