OREANDA-NEWS. December 11, 2009. AmCham is pleased to inform you, that El Group Consulting presents for your attention the results of Salary and Remuneration Market Survey for Bishkek and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic for the second half of 2009, reported the press-centre of AmCham.
 
The survey results will be of interest to managers of companies, managers of personnel management departments and financial departments in preparing compensation budgets, building effective financial and non-financial incentive systems and optimizing personnel costs. It will also be of interest to potential investors as they will be familiarized with the situation on the Kyrgyz labor market.
 
The survey was conducted from September till November 2009.

Oral and written questionnaires of company directors, human resource managers and specialists were used as the main tool in the course of conducting this Survey. Personal meetings and interviews were also conducted when needed.

34 companies and their representative offices with total employees numbering over 11 thousand took part in the Survey. Salary Survey results covered around 200 positions, more than 30 of which are provincial.
 
We would like to draw special attention to the quantitative and qualitative composition of Survey participants enabling the coverage of companies representing over 47,7% of the banking sector and over 56,5% of the microfinance sector by participants’ aggregate assets share in their segments
 
More than half the Survey participants appear on the list of the largest companies in Kyrgyzstan according to information from AkiPress analytical magazine and National Statistics Committee.

As a result, El Group Consulting team managed to increase the quantitative composition of participants by more than half compared with the Survey coverage for the 1st half of the year.
