OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2009. JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” got a Readiness Certificate to operate in the 2009/2010 autumn and winter period signed by Deputy Minister for the Energy sector of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Sinyugin.

A meeting with participation of the Management Board of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” and directors of production branches took place. At the meeting, Sergey Mironosenko, the General Director of “MC “Siberia Generating Company”, JSC solemnly gave the Yenisei TGC Readiness Certificate to Evgeniy Zhadovets, the Executive Director of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)”. In his turn, Evgeniy Zhadovets gave the Production Departments Readiness Certificates to directors of branches.

Readiness Certificate of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” to operate in the 2009/2010 autumn and winter period was issued on the basis of the Readiness Act the Company had got.

Prior to signing of the Readiness Certificate, works of inter-department commissions as well as the Central Commission for assessment of readiness of the Yenisei TGC’ branches for failure-free operation at the time of free-air low temperature had been carried out. Assessment of readiness was carried out regarding several directions such as the following ones: condition of stations’ equipment, presence of fuel capacity, professional skills of duty personnel, regulations of their activities in case of contingency situations. The Commission has found requirements providing readiness of the Yenisei TGC production branches for operation in the autumn and winter period to be met. Fuel capacity corresponded with the set standards of the Ministry of Energy. As a result of examination, the Commission has signed the Act on complete readiness of Yenisei TGC for the winter.

The Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation confirmed conclusions of the Central Commission and signed the Readiness Certificate of the Company to operate in the winter. Receiving of the Readiness Certificate shows that Yenisei TGC has completed the whole amount of preparing works and the Company is ready to provide consumers with energy resources under the conditions of autumn and winter maximum loading.
