OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2009. Deputy Technical Director for Operation of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” Alexander Karkarin made a report at the “Energy Effectiveness of City Support Systems” X All-Russian Conference. The Conference took place at “Siberia” International Exhibition and Business Center within the frameworks of “Electric Equipment. Cost-effective Use of Energy and Resources” Exhibition.

IN his report “On Perspective Development of Krasnoyarsk City Heat Supply System”, A. Karkarin told about implementation of the investment program on development of objects used in the field of Krasnoyarsk city heat supply. The program has been approved by the Krasnoyarsk city Council of Deputes and is being carried out together with the Krasnoyarsk city Administration.

Estimated cost of the program is equal to RUR 2,409.4 million. Implementation of the program will allow for elimination of technical limits over production of additional heat capacity in amount of 350.5 Gcal-h within the period up to the year 2012, replacing of 11 km depreciated pipelines in a single-pipe measurement with increase of their carrying capacity. Moreover, the program provides for building of 4 new hydraulic power stations and reconstruction of 5 operating ones. Starting from the beginning of the program’s implementation, 6.746 km of heating grids have been relayed including increase of their diameter. Building of a new hydraulic power station at Posadny island and reconstruction of the Vostochnaya hydraulic power station have already been started.

A.Karkarin noted that implementation of all measured included in the program would allow for an additional motivation to building of new housing. Building is being carried out mostly at a left bank of Krasnoyarsk city while major part of heat sources is located at the right bank. The problem of heat energy transmission will be solved by increase of heat carriers speed regime and reconstruction of currently operating heat grids.
