OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2009. According to company representatives, all works on preparation of the object to construction are completed. Construction of Orange City will be over till September 2011.

The first 10 townhouses will be put in operation till September 2010. Orange City is positioned as a complex of townhouses for medium and high incomes clients and will consist of 27 four-level townhouses of 320 square meters, including mansards and the adjacent territory, which can reach 300 square meters.

Each townhouse has two cars’ garage, two utility rooms, kitchen and a large hall, combined with a dining room, with total area of more than 50 square meters, three bedrooms of 18 square meters each, two balconies and bathrooms, recreation room area of 40 square meters and a terrace of 10 square meters.

The director of the real estate and marketing department of Elita-5 Dragos Hincu noted that: “one of the main advantages of the object - is its location. The house is located in one of the greenest parts of the historic centre, near the Pushkin’s Hill. The townhouses complex will be an isolated "oasis", which is a big advantage of the project.
