OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2009. Within the framework of the program of ethylene complex expansion one more cracker SRT-VI - Е-ВА-119 was put into operation at the Ethylene Plant of OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim, reported the press-centre of Nizhnekamskneftekhim.

A week earlier E-BA-118 heater was commissioned. New crackers are highly efficient, selective, and “flexible” in terms of feedstock, i. e. they can run both on gas and liquid pyrolysis feedstock.

Currently E-BA-118 processes straight-run gasoline, and Е-ВА-119 uses butane.
