OREANDA-NEWS. December 09, 2009. Pubic union Real Estate Market Participants reports that in October prices grew by 0.1% and totaled on average US 957 (US956 in September) per square metre.

“Price index increased by 0.3 points and reached 363.2 points. Price increase was fixed on non-expensive buildings,” it was informed.

The largest number of new buildings is being constructed in the Yasamal, Nizami and Khatayi districts of Baku.

“The share of these three districts in portfolio of offers made up 64%. Other districts were observed no grave changes,” it was informed.

As of the end of this October 453 new buildings were being constructed in Baku by 159 building companies. Construction of seven buildings was finished.

In October, rise in prices was registered only in Sabayil district (1.3%). The decline of prices occurred in Nizami (by 0.2%) and Narimanov (by 1.9%) districts.
