OREANDA-NEWS. December 09, 2009. ORGRES Leasing LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of OJSC Nordea Bank, Moscow, has changed its name and now is styled Nordea Leasing LLC. The relevant changes in the Charter of the company were registered on 30 November 2009, reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.

The change of name has not resulted in any changes in the rights or obligations of the Company to its counterparties. Any and all contracts made by the Company will remain in full force and effect. There is no need for re-execution of any such contracts. The form of business entity and the Company’s payment details (OGRN, INN, KPP, current accounts, etc.) remained unchanged.

The change of name followed the rebranding of the Nordea Bank, Moscow, which took place last September upon the Bank’s full integration into the Nordea Group.
