OREANDA-NEWS. December 09, 2009. As it is noted in the Coliseum Palace communication, this unprecedented housing project is implemented by the U.S. investment fund New Century Holdings (NCH), which also develops about dozen of investment projects in Moldova. Funding for construction is already reserved and does not depend on the crisis.

The residential Complex Coliseum Palace is built in the center of Riscanovca and, according to the authors, claims to become a new symbol of Chisinau. Its construction in form of the Roman Coliseum distinguishes it from a number of existing residential facilities. The construction technologies applied are the most advanced in Moldova.

Coliseum Palace complex includes 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments as well as penthouses with observation terraces. The house includes a two-level parking, a boiler room, secure courtyard, stained-glass windows, special heat and sound insulation of walls, security and surveillance, etc. According to the Chief Architect of the project Gheorge Telpiz, "now there are no residential complexes like Coliseum Palace in Moldova”.
