OREANDA-NEWS. December 08, 2009. On Monday, November 23, 2009 Centravis received the first credit tranche in the amount of EUR 42 million within the framework of financing provided by EBRD.

Loan agreement terms

The loan agreement between the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development and CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” was signed on October 26, 2009. Total amount of credit provided by the Bank is EUR 48 million. Duration of the contract is until December 22, 2014 (62 months). The credit facility will be used for refinancing of short-term loans and replenishment of working capital.

Loan provision terms

On Monday, November 23, 2009, Centravis received the first credit tranche in the amount of EUR 42 million (UAH 497 161 770.00), which amounts to 87.5% of the total credit. The last tranche is to be provided until April 26, 2010.

Ratio of the loan principal to Centravis net assets

Centravis net asset value, by September 30, 2009 is UAH 1,490,906,000.

Ratio of the total credit to asset value at the beginning of the current fiscal year is 53.3%.

Ratio of the first tranche amount to asset value at the beginning of the current fiscal year is 45.95%.
