OREANDA-NEWS. December 8, 2009. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) recognized a contract for the manufacturing and supply of equipment (air conditioners) for the power unit number 4 of the Beloyarskya NPP corresponding to antimonopoly law.

"As a result, FAS Russia established that in Russia there are currently about 30 organizations with the capability to produce air conditioners for the Nuclear Power Plant. Due to the fact that these air-conditioners are unique, their production for each plant is individual "- the press-service FAS.

After consideration of the matter the FAS of Russia has not established in actions of “Concern Energoatom” any facts of violation of antimonopoly law.
