OREANDA-NEWS. December 08, 2009. Ziyad Samedzadeh, the chairperson of the Parliamentary Economic Policy Committee says that after the first reading the bill was made more than 61 changes and one point was removed fully.

“In accord with the amendments in Article 12 of the bill the license given to NBCOs should contain the right to draw margin (security) deposits,” Samedzadeh said.

He added that the major objective of the bill consisting of 26 articles is widening of population’s opportunities, mainly in regions, to access financial resources, small business support, poverty reduction and strengthening of legal base of NBCOs’ activities and as a result, support of micro-finance sector of Azerbaijan.
