OREANDA-NEWS. December 7, 2009. Seminar “Regional impact of global economic crisis: view on economy of the Black Sea member states” held in Thessalonica, Greece.

ATIB informs that in the course of bilateral negotiations conducted in the course of the seminar the United Nationalm development Programme (UNDP) and ATIB reached an arrangement on a joint project within the framework of the program of trade and investment promotion in Black Sea basin within the upcoming year.

The seminar participants also discussed impact of the crisis on trade turnover and regional flow of investments, private sector development, and the role of the government and international financial institutions in antic-crisis measures.

The seminar took place on 4 December.
