OREANDA-NEWS. December 7, 2009. In November of the current year the RSE "AISCP" handled 1194,1 thousand tons of dry and oil-loading cargoes, what came to 105,8 % of the targets, including:

Oil-loading cargoes – 907,9thousand tons, 97,6% of the plan;
Metal production – 189,0 thousand tons, exceeded the planby 57,5%;
Ferry cargoes – 36,1 thousand tons, exceeded the plan by 71,7 %;
Grain – 45,1 thousand tons, exceeded the plan by 12,6%;
Other cargoes – 16,1 thousand tons, 89,4% of the plan;
Number of ships’ calls – 179 ships.

By results of the operations, "Aktau International Sea Commercial Port" handled in 2009 over 12 million 726 thousand tons of dry and oil-loading cargoes for 11 months, what exceeded the plan by 10,2%.

In addition the total transshipment of crude oil and oil products came to 10 million 349 thousand tons.Total transshipment of dry cargoes came to 2376,8 thousand tons including metal transshipment – 1561,6 thousand tons, other cargoes – 127,7 thousand tons, grain – 504,0 thousand tons. The volume of ferry transportations came to 183,5 thousand tons.
In 2009 the port processed 1 898 vessels for 11 months.
