OREANDA-NEWS. December 07, 2009. Korean Lotte Hotel & Resorts is to open a luxury 5-star hotel in Moscow in early 2010.

“Lotte Plaza shopping centre opened on Novinsky Boulevard in 2007 and Lotte Hotel Moscow to be opened in April or May 2010 will become the symbols of collaboration between the Moscow Government and the Korean officials,” Korean Ambassador to Russia Lee Kyu Hyung emphasized on December 4.

According to the official, the construction of Lotte Hotel Moscow will be completed by 2010.

The luxury 5-star hotel located on Novinsky Boulevard will offer its guests 304 rooms. Besides, there will be a bar, 2 restaurants, 6 conference rooms, a club floor, a fitness club, a swimming pool and Mandara Spa in Lotte Hotel Moscow. It will also be equipped with a 3-level underground car park.

The amount of investment in building Lotte Hotel Moscow has exceeded USD 200 million.
