OREANDA-NEWS. December 07, 2009. Belagroprombank JSC announced signing of one-year USD 43 500 000 Syndicated Facility Agreement, reported the press-centre of Belagroprombank.

This facility became the first deal effected in the Belarussian banking sector in 2009 and is now the 5th syndicated loan for Belagroprombank JSC starting from 2006 when the Bank first raised such financing.

Belagroprombank JSC highly appreciates the support of its partners and those banks joining the syndicated facility of Belagroprombank for the first time. JSC VTB Bank (Russia), Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. (Italy), FBN Bank (UK) Ltd., VTB Bank (Austria) AG, VTB Bank (France) SA acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers; and London Forfaiting Company Ltd. (United Kingdom), OJSC Investtradebank (Russia), UBI Banca International S.A. (Luxemburg), AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft m.b.H.(Germany) acted as Lead Arrangers.
