OREANDA-NEWS. December 04, 2009. VTB Shareholders Consultative Council held its regular meeting in Moscow. The meeting was attended by Andrei Kostin, VTB President and Chairman of the Management Board, Grigory Glazkov and Mikhail Eskindarov, members of the Supervisory Council, Vasily Titov, First Deputy Chairman, Herbert Moos, Deputy Chairman, and Andrei Puchkov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, reported the press-centre of VTB Bank.

The session was dedicated to discussion of interaction procedures between the Consultative Council and the Supervisory Council of VTB Bank. The Bank’s managers also answered the Council members’ questions on VTB’s current operations.

The Consultative Council resolved to hold monthly meetings with JSC VTB Bank shareholders in the Shareholder Support Center at Room 1026, 35 Myasnitskaya Ul., Moscow.

VTB Shareholders Consultative Council is an independent body established in 2009 at the initiative of VTB Bank minority shareholders. The Council consists of 10 members proposed by the independent jury and elected by voting. Vladimir Tarachev, Co-chairman of the Consumers Union of Russia, heads the Consultative Council. The first meeting of the Council was held on 30 July 2009.
