OREANDA-NEWS. December 03, 2009. The tender committee of JSC Aeroflot Russian Airlines has held an open tender  and selected a buyer for the controlling stake of its subsidiary Aeroflot Plus, specializing in charter business traffic. The tender was won by the Austrian operator Jet Alliance, reported the press-centre of Aeroflot.

CJSC Aeroflot Plus is an Aeroflot’s 100% subsidiary, specializing in business traffic. The company’s air fleet consists of three Tu-134s (‘VIP lounge’ version), and two Yak-42s.

The project will be deployed within the Sheremetyevo business terminal which is base for Aeroflot Plus.
