OREANDA-NEWS. December 02, 2009. In the ten nine months Estonian Air carried altogether 484 354 passengers, 442 985 of these on regular flights. The total number of passengers decreased 26.6% y-o-y, on regular flights 26.5%, reported the press-centre of Estonian Air. 

In October Estonian Air carried 47 107 passengers, 41 539 of these on regular flights. The total number of passengers decreased 31.9%, on regular flights 34.4%.
 
In the first ten months the market share of Estonian Air in the regular flights segment at Tallinn Airport was 46.7% which is 0.8 percentage points higher y-o-y. The total market share (regular and charter flights) was 42%, which is 0.1 percentage point higher y-o-y.
 
In October the market share of Estonian Air in the regular flights segment at Tallinn Airport was 45.4%, which is 2.5 percentage points lower y-o-y. The total market share (regular and charter flights) was 40%, which is 2.3 percentage points lower y-o-y.
 
In the first ten months Estonian Air operated 8682 flights, which is 18.1% less flights y-o-y. In October Estonian Air operated 973 flights, which is 17.1% less flights y-o-y.
 
Estonian Air belongs to the most punctual air carriers in Europe. In the first ten months the 15-minute punctuality was 91%, which is 5.9 percentage points higher y-o-y. The regularity of Estonian Air was 98.8%, which is 0.3 percentage points lower y-o-y.

In October the punctuality and regularity were 92.6% and 99% respectively.
