OREANDA-NEWS. December 02, 2009. Reorganization in form of affiliation of Bank “Yuzhnyi region” to Rostpromstroybank was completed, reported the press-centre of Rostpromstroybank.

The Merged Bank continues to work under the name of Rostpromstroybank.

Clients of the Merged Bank now have an opportunity to be serviced in 17 offices in Rostov-on-Don and Rostov Region and use new banking services and technologies to satisfy their requirements. Moreover, the increased capital will allow to expand lending to companies of Don Region.

Rostpromstroybank has become a full successor of Bank “Yuzhnyi region” as it is defined by the Accession Agreement and current legislation. It means, that all rights and responsibilities of Bank “Yuzhnyi region” including bank’s obligations under depository contracts with individuals pass to Rostpromstroybank.

Business enlargement is the part of Rostpromstroybank’s strategy aimed to creation of leading bank of Southern Federal District.

As a result of the merger share capital of Rostpromstroybank has increased to 923 million rubles.
Tatiana Shaposhnikova remains the Chairperson of the Management Board of Rostpromstroybank. Oleg Artemenko, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank “Yuzhnyi region”, has become the Deputy Chairperson of the Management board of Rostpromstroybank.
