OREANDA-NEWS. December 02, 2009. The Forum of appraisers and bankers was held in Tumen. The Forum was organized by the Tumen regional department of the Russian Society of Appraisers (RSA), reported the press-centre of ITB.

Representatives of Investtradebank, Sberbank’s West-Siberian bank, Rosbank, Alfa-Bank, MDM-Bank, SKB-Bank (Yekaterinburg) and Investkapitalbank as well as representatives of appraiser companies took part in work of the Forum.

The Forum participants discussed participation of appraisers in credit decision-taking processes, the quality of appraisals and reports, options in work with collaterals available for problem loans and the lack of market information on real estate transactions. Summarizing results of this event, the Forum organizers suggested discussing the further interaction items at their future meetings.
