OREANDA-NEWS. December 1, 2009. Under Russian Government Order dated November 26, №1783-r the list of Vnesheconombank’s core lines of activity was extended:
• participation in implementing projects aimed at boosting energy efficiency.

The list of Vnesheconombank’s investment activity sectoral priorities was also extended:
• strategic computer technologies and software;
• information communication systems;
• medical equipment.
