OREANDA-NEWS. December 01, 2009. Kazakhtelecom JSC will make second period of dividends payment by ordinary shares in amount of 2 648 907 thousand tenge, which will take place on 4 December 2009 pursuant to the decision of the General meeting of shareholders of Kazakhtelecom JSC (Minutes #39 as of 04.09.2009), reported the press-centre of Kazakhtelecom.

First period of dividends payment by ordinary shares for total amount of 2 648 907 thousand tenge took place on 4 November 2009.

Total amount of dividend payments by ordinary shares by results of 2008 composes 5 297 814 thousand tenge or 485,02 tenge per 1 ordinary share.

Payment will be made to shareholders’ bank accounts.
