OREANDA-NEWS. December 01, 2009. BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT has successfully completed the development of techniques and practices for the determination of requirements for recording of temporal working positions for young people in different economic branches including small enterprises. The project was implemented against the Moscow City Labor and Employment Department Order, reported the press-centre of BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT.

Within the framework of the project, the techniques for recording of temporal working positions for young people including important innovative components in part of approaches to the information & management procedures have been developed. Those techniques and practices have been appraised by virtue of expert surveys in different Moscow enterprises.

In the course of the project the contractors have designed an extra system for the organizational support to developed techniques including ones in part of tracking of upswing in the market of temporal working positions for young people, as well as they have proposed a system for distribution of any materials with respect to those techniques and practices among different Moscow enterprises. The developed learning guides have been issued as a booklet for the internal use by the Moscow City Labor and Employment Department Staff and by other jurisdictional establishments.

The implementation of techniques and practices is a key aspect for the ordering of temporal working positions for young people in Moscow, for the increase of the legal culture of employers creating or planning to create such jobs or improvements of the communication system between Government executive bodies on the one hand and Moscow economic entities on the other hand.
