OREANDA-NEWS. November 30, 2009. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by Uralsviazinform OJSC to pay interest on the eighth coupon and redeem 20% of the par value of its Series 06 bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 13% per annum, or 64 rubles 82 kopecks per bond and also 20% of the par value of the securities. In all, they were paid 529,640,000 rubles 00 kopecks.

Uralsviazinform OJSC floated its Series 06 bonds on November 24, 2005, to raise 2 billion rubles. The bonds have a maturity of six years. Sviaz-Bank acted as managing underwriter of the issue.
