OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2009. BANK URALSIB reports on organizational reassignments. The functions of Corporate headquarters will be delegated to OJSC “Financial Corporation URALSIB” within the framework of the Corporation strategic program “Corporate governance system”.

The Corporate headquarters are in charge of Corporation asset portfolio management, financial management and risk-management, corporate strategy, development and strengthening of corporate culture, URALSIB united brand management, as well as government relations.

Andrey Donskikh, the Chairman of BANK URALSIB Management Board, will head the holding structure as the Chairman of the Financial Corporation URALSIB Management Board. At the same time Mr. Donskikh is a member of the BANK URALSIB Supervisory Board and holds a post of the Chairman of the Board of directors of the key companies of the Financial Corporation, including URALSIB Capital, URALSIB Leasing company, OJSC “URALSIB-YUG BANK”, URALSIB Asset management and other companies of the Corporation.

Ildar Muslimov, Deputy Chairman of the BANK URALSIB Management Board is introduced to the position of the Chairman.  The corresponding documentation will be submitted to the Central Bank of Russia in the nearest time.
