OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2009. At the Board of Directors meeting in presentia of JSC RusHydro Mr. Evgeny V. Dod was elected President of the Company. Simultaneously the Board of Directors terminated the powers of Mr. Vasily Zubakin who acted as the President of JSC RusHydro since June 2008. At the same time Vasily Zubakin will continue his work as a Member of the Management Board. His professional skills and experience will be needed in further development of the Company.

Evgeny Viacheslavovich Dod was born in 1973 in Moscow. In 1995 he graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute (University of Aerospace Technology), MAI, majoring in "Economics and Management of Engineering Enterprises". He is PhD in economics.

Evgeny Dod is working in power industry for more than 10 years. From 1999 to 2000 Evgeny Dod worked as Deputy Head of Export Department of RAO UES of Russia. From June 2000 to 2008 he was Director General of CJSC INTER RAO UES. From May 2008 he has been President of JSC INTER RAO UES. Mr. Dod has been awarded with the honorary diploma of CIS Electric Power Council. He has "Honoured Powerman" and "Honoured Powerman of CIS" titles and awards of other states.

The Board of Directors also terminated the powers of four members of JSC RusHydro Management Board: Khaziakhmetov Rasim Magsumovich (Managing Director, Head of Business-Unit "Engineering"), Bogush Boris Borisovich (Managing Director, Head of Business-Unit "Production"), Oksuzyan Oleg Borisovich (Executive Director, Corporate Governance), Belyaev Konstantin Vladimirovich (Member of the Management Board).

Simultaneously at the Board of Directors five top-managers of JSC INTER RAO UES were elected members of Management Board of JSC RusHydro: Alzhanov Rakhmetullu Shanshievich, Gorev Evgeny Evgenyevich, Mantrov Mikhail Alekseevich, Rizhinashvili George Ilyich and Sharov Yuriy Vladimirovich.
