OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2009. JSC "The Seventh Continent" announces the opening of a hypermarket in Belgorod. The new hypermarket is located in modern shopping mall "Rio" by the following address: 164 Bogdana Khmelnitskogo street.

Total area of the new hypermarket is about 10 500 th. sq. m., total selling area - 6 100 th. sq. m. and sales gallery area - 1 500 th. sq. m.

Hypermarket offers more than 43 000 SKUs including: 1 650 SKUs of local Belgorod producers. 300 employees are working in the hypermarket.

This project was achieved in the frames of the strategic Agreement between the JSC "The Seventh Continent" and "TASHIR Group". In accordance with the signed Agreement the floor space of the hypermarket will be owned by the Company.

JSC "The Seventh Continent" invested in this project USD 26.7 mn.
