OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2009. As it was informed in the press-service of the General Prosecutor’s Office, recently the Office receives many appeals from the officials, members of the parliament and citizens concerning the infringements committed during privatization of the state property and property of the administrative and territorial units in 2000-2009.

The appeals also refer to the illegal management of the state property and transfer of many objects of the state property into concession. In this connection, the public prosecutor has addressed to the Ministry of Economy with the request to submit the list of the enterprises, establishments as well as securities of commercial societies included in the program of privatization which have been privatized in the named period, the information on the way of privatization, costs of the purchased objects; data on the property which was not included in the list of the objects subject to privatization, information on the local and foreign companies which participated in preparation of privatization projects and re-structuring of the enterprises.

Besides, the Ministry of Economy should submit data on the objects of the state property transferred into concession in 2000-2009 including data on transfer to concession the rights on activity in the field of natural resources management as well as the data on individuals and legal entities of Moldova or other countries with whom the concessional contracts had been concluded.
