OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2009. The State Committee for Securities of Azerbaijan has registered issue of shares of ParaBank OJSC.

According to the Committee, on 24 November it registered issue of ParaBank’s book-entry registered preference shares for AZN 1 million.

Totally 7,500 shares with face value of AZN 200 per share were registered.

Bank’s charter capital is now AZN 10 million and after placement of the current issue of shares will be increased up to AZN 11.5 million (USD 14 million).
