OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2009. JSC “Polymetal” (LSE, MICEX, RTS: PMTL) (“Polymetal” or the “Company”) announced that the Executive Board of ZAO “MICEX Stock Exchange” (“MICEX”) has made a decision to transfer the Company’s ordinary registered uncertificated shares (state registration number 1-02-00412-D) from quotation list B to quotation list A, first level, reported the press-centre of Polymetal.

The total number of Polymetal’s shares outstanding is 399,375,000. 315,000,000 of these shares represent the main issuance (state registration number 1-02-00412-D). The remaining 84,375,000 shares represent the additional issuance (state registration number 1-02-00412-D-002D) (the “New Shares”). The report on the results of the issuance of the New Shares was registered by the Federal Financial Markets Services of Russia on November 10, 2009, and the New Shares are not yet included into any of the quotation lists on MICEX.
