OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2009. ROSNO’s Krasnodar branch has concluded a contract for provision of professional liability insurance coverage to lawyers of the leading law firm in Krasnodar Kraj — Advocatory Bureau YUG, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The insured accident under the contract is the enactment of a court resolution establishing the insurant’s obligation to reimburse the damage inflicted to clients due to unintentional professional error.

The insurance protection covers professional liability of the lawyers employed by the Advocatory Bureau YUG.

The contract has been concluded for 1 year.
