OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2009. This event, as well as the mission of the business people of Moldova to Hungary is organized by the Organization for Moldovan exports promotion, in cooperation with the Embassy of Moldova in Hungary.

The objective of the forum is establishment of long-term partnership between the business circles of Moldova and Hungary, presentation of the export potential of the Moldovan companies, the investment climate, trade and economic legislation, as well as business opportunities of Moldova.

According to the National Bureau of Statistics of Moldova, in January-September 2009, the volume of Moldovan exports to Hungary amounted to US9.2 million, decreasing as compared to the same period of 2008 by 22,8%. The volume of Hungarian imports to Moldova has decreased by 26,7% - up to 38,5%. The Hungary’s share in total volume of Moldovan exports for 9 months of this year made 1% and in import - 1,7%, respectively.
