Bakcell Introduces Its New Call Centre
OREANDA-NEWS. November 25, 2009. Bakcell, in line with its philosophy to get closer to its subscribers, always strives to improve customer experience. From today, Bakcell introduces 555 as its single entry number for the Call Centre.
Five-five-five will be Easy to remember, Easy to communicate and is expected to increase the overall customer satisfaction.
Previously Bakcell subscribers needed to dial different numbers (Cin - 170, Klass - 120, 122 and Gold – 144). All of these numbers will also be available for a certain period of time to allow the customers to have a smooth transition to 555.
The tariffs for calling the Call Centre will not change and remain 10 contours for Cin and no charge for Klass & Gold subscribers.
Bakcell has optimized its Call Centre and is proud to announce that it has achieved worldwide standards in customer service, with 95% of the calls are now answered in less than 10 seconds.
