OREANDA-NEWS. November 25, 2009. Subsidiary agroholding SAHO in Volga federal district has once again confirmed the status of one of key agromanufacturers of region.

Following the results of work in an agroseason of 2009 SAHO-Agro-Ulyanovsk has received the diploma of the Government of the Ulyanovsk region “Best investor of year-2009”. Rewarding ceremony has taken place in Leninsky Memorial within the limits of celebrating of “Day of the agriculture worker of the Ulyanovsk region” which has passed on November, 3rd.

Since 2007 SAHO realizes in the Ulyanovsk region the investment project of creation of vertically integrated holding including production, grain storage and processing, bread baking and realization of ready baking production. Now three production divisions of SAHO-Agro-Ulyanovsk in 11 areas of region process the earths which were fallow. The harvest received by Ulyanovsk grain-growers of SAHO, is stored in own elevators by the general capacity of 70 000 tons.

Within the limits of investment project SAHO builds in the Ulyanovsk region the bread baking enterprises. The first enterprise start planned in Ulyanovsk by the capacity of 40 tons of production every day. The number of workplaces will make here 482 persons, the starting assortment will count 30 names of production every day. Thanks to own raw materials the Ulyanovsk bread baking plants of SAHO can keep transfer prices for bread lower, than the other producers, giving to the population wide assortment of qualitative bakery products under socially focused prices.
