OREANDA-NEWS. November 25, 2009. The special commission signed an act of the Territorial Generating Company’s №5 readiness to the work during the autumn – winter period 2009-2010. According to this document the Ministry of the Energy will give the Passport of the readiness to winter to the TGC-5. So, all the enterprises of the IES-Holding, coming to the branch “The Generation of the Urals”, are recognized ready to working during the autumn – winter period.

Amongst the commission on the acceptance of the TGC-5 to winter were the representatives of the Ministry of the Energy, the Russian Technical Control Department, the System operator and the technical management of the IES-Holding. The State experts have analyzed the technical condition of the power equipment of all the company’s power stations, the time observance and the quality of the repair works, the level of the personal preparation to the actions in a case of the low winter temperature, possible free-lance situations and checked correspondence of the normative spares of the fuel.

According to the words of Andrei Solovyov, the chairman of the commission – the deputy of the leader of the West-Urals division of the Russian Technical Control Department, the specialists of the generating company and the control system together made a great work on the value the TGC-5 power stations’ readiness to winter. Also Andrei Solovyov noted that in spite of the difficult economic situation when the enterprises of many spheres make shorter their repair programs, the TGC-5 has saved it’s planned for 2009 volumes of repairs and conduct its according to the accepted plan and graph.

Earlier the passports of the readiness to winter had got other companies, coming to the IES-Holding branch “The Generation of the Urals”. The first who got the Ministry of the Energy of the Russian Federation passport to the readiness was the TGC-9, the heat supplying companies of the management contour of the branch in all the regions also got the same documents: in the Perm edge, in the Sverdlovskaya and the Kirovskaya areas, in the Republics Komi, Udmurtiya, Mariy El and Chuvashiya.

The volume of the branch’s “The Generation of the Urals” repair program for 2009 forms more than 2, 5 billion rubles. On the condition to the 13th November within the capital, middle and current repairs on the production objects of “The Generation of the Urals” have been repaired: 128 turbo units with total power 5335, 3 MV, 194 caldron units with total production 40499 t/h, 47 water - heating caldrons by power 4725 Gkal/hour, rebuilding of more than 69 km of the heat pipeline was realized.
